About these terms

These terms cover the SpeakFor pre-launch website and the reservation of a SpeakFor page. SpeakFor is run by ProudPlanet Ltd, registered in Ireland.

Reserving a page

Reserving a page is free. You can reserve one @handle for yourself. We hold it for you until launch.

We may decline or change a handle that is offensive, misleading, or uses someone else's name or brand without permission.

Early access and lead magnets

Early access places for agencies, membership bodies and brands are limited. Applying does not guarantee a place. Health checks are free and for information only.

What we say about the product

This site describes SpeakFor as we plan to launch it. Some features are marked Coming soon and may change. Final fees and payment terms will be set out in the full terms at launch.

Your content

If you share a headshot, topic or link, you confirm you have the right to share it and let us use it to set up your page.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses from using it, except where the law says we must be.
